Rogier is from the Netherlands, Aruba, and Zimbabwe. Complicating things further, he grew up around the world, where he was introduced to a variety of different cultures and languages. Rogier holds a Master of Laws from the Netherlands, and is currently pursuing an additional LL.M. degree at USC’s Gould School of Law.

While in law school, Rogier served as Editor-in-Chief of his faculty’s magazine. This experience awakened his passion for journalism and the art of communications. Moving around every few years has turned Rogier into a true appreciator of the so-called “Global Village”. To this end, he speaks six different languages and has made it his goal to bring global integration to whichever field he pursues.
