Courtney is a graduate student from Laguna Niguel, California. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs at the Rossier School of Education. A proud Trojan, Courtney loves the campus culture and the enthusiasm present among students, faculty, and staff alike. She is thankful for the resources and opportunities present to help her thrive and make a difference, and also loves that USC is located in the heart of LA – allowing her to interact with a diverse population.

A little-known fact about Courtney is that she reads about a lot of movies and TV shows – especially The Avengers, Friends, and Disney – and knows enough trivia to talk about for hours. An avid K-Pop fan, Courtney’s all-time favorite artist is EXO. She also enjoys listening to Allen Stone, Ariana Grande, BlackPink, and Shawn Mendes. Her most memorable travel experience thus far has been her month-long mission trip to the Philippines in her senior year of undergraduate school. She got to travel with an amazing group of friends, met some incredibly sweet and hardworking locals, and explored caves, islands, and the greenest mountains she has ever seen. If she could possess one superpower, it would be omnilingualism – the ability to instantly speak and understand any language fluently – allowing her to communicate without barriers!

Courtney is looking forward to participating in Friends & Neighbors Day community service, and PASA networking activities. In her spare time, she enjoys watching YouTube and Netflix, playing board games and solving escape rooms, and catching up with friends in cute coffee shops! After graduation, she would like to work at a respected four-year university like USC in a student-engaging field such as academic advising, orientation, or student government.
