Silu – also known as Maxine – is a graduate student from China. She is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages at the Rossier School of Education. Her favorite thing about USC is its inclusive environment.
A little-known fact about Silu is that she spends money on idols. Her favorite artists are Kris Qu, TVXQ, and Glass Animals. An avid traveler, she has difficulty picking a single favorite travel experience. If she could possess one superpower, it would be the ability to be transparent!
She enjoys participating in a wide variety of activities in her spare time. After graduation, she would like to become a teacher.
