The Office of International Services is excited to announce Anna Hartwig joined our team as a Senior International Student Advisor.
Anna grew up in Southern California and moved to Idaho to pursue a bachelors degree in Public Administration. During her time at Brigham Young University-Idaho, she began working in the International Services Office. She loved serving the international students on campus, advocating for them, and creating new programs and activities to help them feel a sense of belonging.
Before the pandemic, Anna spent every Thanksgiving holiday cooking meals for international students. It started out small, but grew into such a large event that it had to be held in a nearby church. This was her favorite tradition throughout her time in Idaho.
After many years of working in International Services in Idaho, Anna’s love for Southern California has brought her back to the area. She loves spending time with her family, on the beach, playing sports, and indulging in good food!
Anna is excited to join a diverse campus where she can continue to serve international students on a large scale. Please help us welcome her into the Trojan Family and make her feel at home.
