We understand students have many questions about the fall semester following the updated guidance provided by the Student Exchange Visitor Program on Monday. This is a fluid situation, and USC senior administration and OIS are still reviewing what the potential impact of this guidance could mean, legally and practically, for our community. We ask for your patience as the details of the fall semester are being worked out. Your academic department will communicate directly with you regarding your school’s plan for the fall semester.

Due to the large volume of inquiries received by OIS at the moment, we ask that you visit the International Student FAQ section of the USC COVID-19 website for answers to your questions. This information will be updated often as new details become available. We also encourage you to reach out to your academic advisor for assistance with fall semester enrollment.

After reviewing the website and consulting with your academic advisor, we invite you to join one of the webinars below if you still have questions. While we do not have all the answers at this time, OIS staff will do our best to address common concerns and answer questions about the fall semester based on the information available to date.

Please review the OIS Events Calendar for more details.

USC and OIS are committed to advocating for the members of our international community in this moment of uncertainty and are here to support you.
