Welcome to USC: A Message From the OIS Executive Director
OIS Executive Director Esther C. Lee welcomes students to the fall 2026 semester at USC.
Dear Students,
On behalf of the Office of International Services (OIS), I hope your fall semester at USC is off to a positive and successful start. Now that we are in the fifth week of the semester, I hope that whether you traveled from across the world to begin your studies or returned to continue your academic program, you are feeling settled and at home within the Trojan Family.
You are part of a community that brings together people, ideas and experiences from around the globe in one of the world’s most vibrant and culturally rich cities. This exchange of knowledge and perspectives is an essential part of what makes USC such a dynamic and exceptional place to study.
As the semester continues, please remember that you are not navigating this journey alone. OIS is here for you, from helping you understand immigration requirements to connecting you with resources and opportunities across the university. Our dedicated staff is committed to ensuring that you feel welcomed, supported, and empowered throughout your time at USC.
On behalf of everyone at OIS, I wish you a rewarding and successful fall semester. We are honored to support you and to be part of your USC journey.
Sincerely,
Esther C. Lee
Executive Director
