J-1 Scholar Orientation — USC OIS

Initial and transfer J-1 scholars must view the above orientation video to learn about maintaining J-1 status, health insurance, travel signatures and other issues that may arise during your time at USC.

J-1 research scholars, professors and short-term scholars from all campuses — University Park Campus, Health Sciences Campus, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Information Sciences Institute and Institute for Creative Technologies — are required to view this orientation video.

J-1 degree and non-degree students are not required to view this orientation video.
