What is Let’s Talk?

Let’s Talk is a weekly drop-in opportunity to spend 30 minutes with a clinician from USC Counseling & Mental Health. Let’s Talk: International Student Edition is specifically for international students, who may be experiencing stress related to being far from home or far from campus in these challenging times.

An outreach for one-on-one conversation, not psychotherapy treatment. As an outreach activity, Let’s Talk is a great way to explore what talk therapy might be like. Use Let’s Talk to build the skill of your choice, problem-solve, or get some perspective. Feel free to ask questions about services or even share what you’re going through with COVID-19.

Open to all USC students, anywhere. All USC students (currently enrolled or under the Student Health fee) are eligible to participate, regardless of geographic location. This program is made possible through the USC Student Health Fee.

How do I sign up?

Log in to usc.edu/myshr to sign up and get the Zoom link. Let’s Talk is currently taking place weekly on Zoom due to circumstances with COVID-19. Check the “Groups/Workshops” tab in MySHR for the most up to date schedule. For more information, please visit the Student Health website.
