The Office of International Services has launched Trojan International, an immigration compliance and case management tool to streamline how students and scholars request documents and services from OIS. Trojan International consolidates and replaces several old systems, and is fully integrated into the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) SEVIS system and USC’s Student Information System (SIS).
The system creates multiple efficiencies for OIS staff and is user-friendly and intuitive for the student/scholar user.
Some key features of Trojan International include:
- Conveniently utilizes one system for all request types
- Secure system where students and scholars can log in to view submitted application status
- Real-time alerts inform OIS staff of student enrollment issues
- Provides additional reminders about reporting requirements for students on OPT and STEM OPT Extension
